I  Rev. Dr . B. P .SAMUEL was born in a poor family in the year 1957.My parents were illiterate and     poor. They really worked hard to bring up our family of eight children. They believed in Jesus and devoted their lives for his ministry.

I am a well educated post graduate and a law graduate in secular and in theology . I am M. Th  , D.D . I also worked for a PSU till god called me .I am married and god blessed me with three daughters. All are pursuing their studies and are in my ministry with their talents and take part in my ministry. My mothers prayers opened my heart and I decided to do his ministry . How ever I felt that I was not capable and unworthy to do his ministry .Then I received gods call to me for his ministry and have been anointed and ordained by the holy spirit of the god for his ministry through my brother Late Rev. B. P. PREMAIAH and also through the  vision of SISTER SIMON AMMA a prayer warrior and founder of bethel church .I was introduced to the bethel church donated by LATE MAJOR MISS LUKE. I had been appointed as pastor to the church. It has been 16 years that I have been shepherding the church ,however I felt I could do much more to the needy people apart from winning souls for God.  I prayed  god to show me the right way,then god spoke to me through psalms 55:22 and 37:24. I was strengthened by his word and started his ministry by name BETHEL ORACLE MINISTRIES. From the beginning I had strong desire to give education,food and shelter and basic eminities to orphans, downtrodden and street children who are denied of the same .I have started a school  besides a Hostel with my  own little earnings.

I am also  extending medical and health services to the poor and needy twice a month  by  visiting rural areas, slums and distributing medicines to them. There were certain unfavourable financial situations when I had to backslide but I overcame the situations  by the assurance that  god gave me  through his word in Isaiah 41:10 saying do not fear for I am with you ,I will strengthen you and  help you. I committed my self and my ministry to thy wonderful hands. With the burden and zeal  for the perishing souls I have prayed earnestly and was able to lead as many as 85 souls to the kingdom of god of which most of them are non-believers of higher caste. The basic pillar of my family i.e my wife  is  well educated graduate specialized in education goes hand in hand with me in my ministry by allocating her full time for the children ministry i.e by providing spiritual and secular education to the children .She is also the Sunday school superintendent and womens chair person of our church . I keep remembering the words of the lord Jesus Christ “ IT IS MORE BLESSED TO GIVE THAN TO RECEIVE “ and hence continuing in his ministry till date and will do the same in the near future by the grace of the God.
